We welcomed Zion and Gaebriel to our class this week.
Sadly we farewell Bailey and Reeve who move to Room 6 next week. We will miss them both but we can still catch up as they are only next door.

Old Fashioned Lemonade
On Friday we made some lemonade. We squeezed the lemons then added sugar and hot water to sweeten it. It was really yummy. We learnt about 'sour' and 'sweet'. We tasted the lemons and they were sour and the lemonade drink was sweet.
We welcomed Zion and Gaebriel to our class this week.

The Wetlands
We went for a walk around the Wetlands last Friday. I have made some photo collages to share what we saw.

We have had a great week yet again.
On Wednesday we used our PMP Equipment in the Rec Centre. We often go and do this but this week I remembered to take the camera and here are some collages of the photos.

We had a wonderful week last week. We welcome Ocean to our class. She has moved to Te Aroha from Tokoroa. We hope you enjoy your new town.
We enjoyed The Minstrel's performance on Friday. We learnt a lot about 'Fishing for the Future'.
We have been working on a lot of things this week. We made some wonderful spider webs and the glitter looks very special.

Term 2
We have had a good first week back at school.
Two new people started this week, Calais and Rico. Welcome to Room 5.
We have been learning to write some words:

We made a cool mother's day present and wrapping paper.
We made some playdough with Kelly that went a bit yucky and sticky on our hands.
